Mentoring Coordinators
Mentor and Teach Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities! (Denver Metro and Surrounding Counties)
Compensation $18.00/hr. -$19.00/hr. (FULL TIME Employees 30+ hours per week, who choose our EXCELLENT company paid benefit package (after 60 days) would have an earning that equates to an additional $3.63 per hour, totaling $21.63 -$22.63 per hour). If you choose a 40 hour a week schedule you will earn $37,440.00/yr. or $39,520.00/yr. a year plus $7,550/yr. in benefits would make the annual salary equate to $44,990 or $47,040 annually.

A High School diploma or GED is required.
Applicants must have flexibility to complete our training upon hire. All Training is PAID and typically held Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends. You will have opportunities to be mentored into your new position through shadowing and agency orientation classes. Experience preferred; however, not required.

HOST HOME PROVIDERS
Community Support Services, Inc. is accepting applications for Host Home Providers. This is an Independent Contractor position. In addition, we are currently accepting applications for Respite Host Home Providers. We look for individuals and couples who are sincere in their commitment and desire to care for and provide quality services and supports to the people we support.
If you answer yes to the following questions, we would like to speak with you:

o Are you a good listener and problem solver?
o Do you have strong interpersonal skills? Can you work cooperatively with others and in the best interest of the person
you are supporting?
o Can you provide 24 hour supervision knowing that some of the people we support attend a day program or work regularly?
o Do you like the idea of owning your own business and working out of your home?
o Do you believe that we can all achieve our goals when provided with the encouragement and support to do so?
As an independent contractor, Host Home Providers are required to pass a screening process; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; register for a trade name; provide proof of current auto, homeowners/renters, and general liability insurances. The home must meet safety requirements.
Community Support Services, Inc. will provide:
• Extensive, free training to prepare you for your Host Home position. All training is in-house and includes: formal orientation, Defensive Driving, First Aid and CPR, Medication Administration and Safety Care.
• Individualized training about the person you will support in your home.
• Ample opportunity to get to know the person you may potentially support in your home with our initial meeting and visitation process.
• Access to 24 hour support from our Nurse for medical questions and concerns.
• Access to 24 hour support for assistance from Administrative and Management staff.
